The first crop

As June comes to an end we are seeing the first vegetables ready for cropping. Admittedly it’s only garlic but we have 24 bulbs now drying in the greenhouse.

The courgettes are also doing really well. Last year the single plant wandered it’s way across the greenhouse floor but this year they seem to be thriving well in the raised bed.

And the tomatoes have all flowered and are now filling out nicely and the peppers have just about got going
